I called about a particular issue and spoke with Hannah. Though, not yet a customer, Hannah was beyond helpful and very informative and even referred someone to me. Septic System clean out was done professionally. They were able to locate & dig to find the septic cover despite the cover being located 4 feet under. Would definitely hire them again for this or any of the other services they offer.

I have used them 2 different times. First time they pumped my septic tank just a routine maintenance and second I had them to jet or clean out a gutter drain pipe outside that was clogged. They was very professional. Showed up right on time there equipment worked. Just all around really good people. I will definitely use them again and will suggest them to anyone.

Had septic system problems, and didn't know where the tank was. Dinsmore came down and located it real quick. Had to do some digging to get to the clean out, I won't have to do that again, they fixed it for easy access. Will most definitely recommend Dinsmore to anyone need their septic tank pumped out.
